Admiralty Resources NL announced that the Board has implemented a change in the management structure of the organization following the results of general meeting. The members of the company carried a resolution at the general meeting held to remove Mr. Stephen Prior as a Director and as a result, Mr. Prior ceased in his position as Company Secretary and Managing Director effective immediately. Following the removal of Mr. Prior as a Director of the Company, the Board has appointed Mr. Hanrui Zhong as interim general manager. Mr. Hanrui Zhong is the shareholder in Sino Investment & Holding Pty Ltd, a substantial shareholder of the Company. The appointment of Mr. Hanrui Zhong is on an interim basis and the Board will conduct an appropriate recruitment process for a permanent CEO in due course.

1Spatial Plc announced that Mark Battles, non-executive Director since 2010, has retired from the Board effective immediately. Mr. Battles brought over 20 years of experience working within the technology, media and telecommunications sector and served 1Spatial as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Member of the Remuneration Committee, and Member of the Nomination Committee. His broad commercial experience has lent significant weight to both the Board and Committees.

Churchill China plc announced that Jonathan Sparey, Chairman will retire from the company following the conclusion of Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2013. Alan McWalter, currently a Non-Executive Director of the company, will be appointed chairman with effect from May 22, 2013. The Board also announced that it anticipates that Andrew Roper will retire as Chief Executive in the summer of 2014. It is expected that Andrew will remain on the Board in a non-executive capacity.
