BioInvent International AB announced that the company's Board of Directors has appointed Michael Oredsson as new President and CEO. He will take office within six months. He has for many years held senior executive positions in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. He is currently the CEO of Probi AB and has held his earlier executive positions at, among others, Pharmacia Corporation.

The Weather Lottery plc announced the appointment with effect from May 23, 2013 of Phil Jackson as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jackson has over twenty years of experience in general management, sales and marketing, and is currently the Chairman of Media Corporation plc. He has held senior international marketing positions for UnitedHealth Group, driving their clinical research and data management group revenues from $50 million to $1 billion in the period 2004-2010. For the last three years, Phil has been advising on the corporate development of betting software group, Intabet, as well as advising specialist health analytics group, LA-SER, through international expansion. He is a founder of Docobo and was a founder and former CEO of Jackson Beazeley Limited. Garth Caswell has agreed to become a consultant to the company. John Botros, the company secretary, will be retiring from his role in due course and the Board will appoint a new company secretary when a suitable candidate can be found.

Neuren Pharmaceuticals Limited announced that Mr. Jon Pilcher will join the company as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, based in Melbourne, Australia effective 19 August 2013. This appointment follows the Board's recent decision to move Neuren's investor relations and certain administrative functions to Australia. In his role Jon will be working closely with Larry Glass Neuren's CEO as well as Executive Chairman Dr. Richard Treagus. Jon is currently Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Acrux Limited and has been a member of the leadership team for ten years.
