Augustin de Romanet, Chairman and CEO of Aéroports de Paris, has made the following appointments: Laurent Galzy, Executive Director of Finance and Administration, is responsible for the creation of a division in charge of subsidiaries, shareholdings and international business; Edward Arkwright, special advisor to the chairman & CEO, has been appointed executive director of finance and strategy, as of September 1, 2013; Pascal Bourgue, Marketing and Retail Director, is responsible for the creation of a customer division; Benjamin Perret has been appointed as communications director; Didier Hamon has been appointed as general secretary of the group; Jean-Pierre Bugeau has been appointed as general representative of the Aéroports de Paris Foundation; and Patrick Collard has been appointed as chief of staff to the Chairman & CEO.

Community Valley Bank announced the retirement of Robert "Bob" Hahn as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective on May 16, 2012. Mr. Hahn served as the inaugural President and Chief Executive Officer from opening day (October 1, 2007) until his retirement. Upon receipt of notification of Mr. Hahn's retirement, the Board of Directors of the company took action to reorganize. This included naming Mr. Jon Edney as the Acting President and Chief Executive Officer (he previously served as the Chairman of the Board) and Mr. Ron Rubin as the Chairman of the Board (he previously served as the Vice-Chairman of the Board).

Golden Arrow Resources Corp. announced that in adjusting its strategy under current market conditions, and for the next phase of the development and advancement of the Chinchillas Silver Project, the company has enacted a program to review and restructure the management team. In this light, the employment agreement with Mr. Carlos Fernandez will not be renewed. In the interim, Mr. Joseph Grosso, the company's Executive Chairman, will act as President & CEO.
