Image Scan Holdings plc reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the six months ended March 31, 2013. For the period, the company reported operating loss of £399, loss before taxation of £399, loss attributable to equity shareholders of £390 or £0.50 per basic and diluted share on revenue of £1,072 against operating profit of £5, profit before taxation of £6, profit attributable to equity shareholders of £6 or £0.01 per basic and diluted share on revenue of £1,760 for the same period a year ago. Loss for the period was £389 against profit for the period of £6 a year ago. Net cash inflow from operating activities of £67, purchase of property, plant and equipment was £3 against net cash outflow from operating activities of £805, purchase of property, plant and equipment of £19 for the same period a year ago. Revenue was down across both its core sectors mainly due to starting the year with a much lower opening order book of £400,000. As of June 20, 2013, Ian Johnson will be standing down as non executive director having served on the board of Image Scan since 2001.
