The Company's directorate decided to hold the Annual General Meeting of 2012 by way of combination of on-the-spot and online voting at 14:00 on May 10, 2013 (Friday) to discuss issues including the "Annual Report of 2012 and Its Abstract", the "Profit Distribution Scheme of 2012" and the "Proposal of Engaging Auditor of 2013".
