July 06--Power Full Nutrition, a Main Street business, offers customers something more than just nutrition supplements.
"Our mission is to create a healthy community," said Collin Fett, new owner of Power Full Nutrition.
Since new management began in January, the shop at 130 Main St., is trying to focus more on its customer base and build strong bonds with them in their journey to better themselves. Fett said that the shop has been doing customer wellness profiles and follow-ups, and really tries to keep them on track in multiple ways.
"Customers are linked up with a coach to keep them on track to their goal," Fett said.
Fett said that the store offers customers a meal replacement package that comes with a protein shake available in a wide variety of flavors, tea, and a shot of aloe vera that helps with the digestive system and speeds up the metabolism.
The shop targets customers who are up and active early in the morning and are looking for breakfast or lunch replacements. They're open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to noon.
Fett and the store's Wellness Coach, Mollie McGrath, help customers stick to their goals and gives them an easy way to track meals and their success by providing them with access to an app.
"We added an online tracking system in the last six months," Fett said.
He said the business tries to make it a point to get to know each customer and member personally.
"Forty-two people came in today and we knew 90 percent of them," Fett said on Thursday.
Fett said his favorite part of providing the community with a healthy and creative way to meet goals is meeting new people and playing an important part of their success.
"We like to be involved with our customers," he said. "We like to get to know people and remind them of their goals."
