PepsiCo has paid consecutive quarterly cash dividends since 1965, and 2014 marks the company's 42nd consecutive annual dividend increase.
Over the past 10 years PepsiCo has returned approximately $60 billion to shareholders in the form of dividends and share repurchases. The company expects to return $8.7 billion to shareholders in the form of dividends and share repurchases in 2014, a 35 percent increase from 2013.
