It took 14 years, but a Northern California community college finally assembled a women's golf team worthy of being state champions. Kayla Riede shot a 3-over-par 76, and Erika Salinas rallied with a 3-under back nine for a 79 Tuesday in Hanford to lead Sacramento City College to the 2009 California Community College Athletic Association Women's State Golf Championship.
