La Ronge Gold Corp. announced that two additional Board members will join La Ronge, namely Tony Yip and Chris Friesen on or after June 19, 2014. He has over 16 years of experience advising oil and gas companies in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial and contract matters. He joined Canfrac Sands in March 2014. Mr. Yip has held senior legal and management positions with Canadian Natural Resources, ARC Resources, and AMEC, the global engineering and oil & gas Services Company. Chris has 10 Years of Oil and Gas engineering experience with both major and intermediate sized Oilfield Service and E&P Companies. He is involved in the day-to-day family business interests of the Friesen Group of Companies, which holds interests in a variety of industries including frac sand mining and logistics, trans loading, crude oil marketing, land development, equipment leasing and financing, aviation, private equity placements, commercial real estate, intelligent vending, and car washes. Chris is a Founder and President of RockBoss Developments Ltd., a local Calgary residential land developer.

La Ronge Gold Corp. announced that the company will retain Canfrac Sands Ltd.'s operations team, including David Brough. Recently as President and CEO of Canfrac, David was able to secure multiple primary clients, turning around the Saskatchewan-based silica producer and outselling current plant production. The company announced that two additional Board members will join La Ronge, namely Tony Yip and Chris Friesen on or after June 19, 2014. Tony Yip joined Canfrac Sands in March 2014.

La Ronge announced the appointment of Leonard D. Jaroszuk to its board of directors. Mr. Jaroszuk has been involved in and managed a number of public companies engaged in real estate, construction, natural resources and exploration over the past 28 years. Mr. Jaroszuk is the Chairman of Enterprise Group Inc. La Ronge also announces that Alan Campbell will be leaving its board on March 17, 2014.

La Ronge Gold Corp. reported an updated mineral resource for the Preview SW deposit located in north-central Saskatchewan. The resource estimate outlines indicated resources containing 158,300 ounces of gold (2.61 million tonnes grading 1.89 g/t Au) and inferred resources containing 270,800 ounces (5.70 million tonnes grading 1.48 g/t Au) based on a 0.50 g/t Au cut-off grade. The core of the deposit was drilled on a line spacing of 15 m, and the remainder of the zone was drilled at 30 m line spacing. Drill holes were collared at 5 to 20 m spacing along these lines. The indicated and inferred mineral resource estimates reported herein are contained within a resource-limiting open-pit shell (based on a $1,300/oz gold price) along 500 metres of strike and to a depth of 200 m.
