CenturyLink, Inc. announced it has enhanced its Savvis Cloud suite through the acquisition of AppFog, Inc. The acquisition adds AppFog's Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) capabilities, which are specifically tailored to software developers, to the already-extensive Savvis Cloud product catalog. AppFog's reach will be extended by adding its public cloud PaaS to the savvisdirect online channel, as well as offering private, dedicated deployments to Savvis' enterprise clients.

Scott+Scott, Attorneys at Law, LLP filed a class action complaint against CenturyLink, Inc. in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The securities class action, which seeks remedies under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, was filed on behalf of those persons and entities who purchased or otherwise acquired CenturyLink securities between August 8, 2012 and February 14, 2013, inclusive (the Class Period). The securities class action charges that, throughout the Class Period, CenturyLink made false and/or misleading statements to investors and failed to disclose material adverse facts concerning CenturyLink's dividend cut. Specifically, the complaint alleges that CenturyLink misled investors concerning the strength of its free cash flow, which was an important factor in the Company's ability to maintain its dividend levels.

CenturyLink, Inc. signed an agreement authorizing it to sell Blue Ridge Networks, Inc. trusted access cybersecurity solutions to its federal, state and local government clients. CenturyLink will sell Blue Ridge services to government customers via several contract vehicles.

CenturyLink, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.54 per share, payable on June 14, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 3, 2013.
