Enphase Energy, Inc. reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. Loss before income taxes was $10.224 million compared to $10.119 million for the same period last year. Net loss attributable to common stockholders was $10.406 million or $0.25 per basic and diluted share compared to $10.184 million or $5.97 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year. Net cash used in operating activities was $6.972 million compared to $14.071 million for the same period last year. Purchases of property and equipment were $1.682 million compared to $4.605 million for the same period last year. Loss from operations on a non-GAAP basis was $8.12 million compared to $8.574 million for the same period last year. Net loss on a non-GAAP basis was $8.707 million or $0.21 per basic and diluted share compared to $9.164 million or $5.37 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year. The company provided earnings guidance for the second quarter of 2013. The company expects a strong sequential increase in top line, with revenues for the second quarter of 2013 to be within a range of $56 million to $60 million, and for gross margin to be within a range of 26% to 28%.
