FONU2 Inc. announced that on February 27, 2013, Jeffrey Pollitt resigned as the President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the company. Robert B. Lees, the company’s Chief Financial Officer, will serve as the company’s interim President and Chief Executive Officer and Nicole Leigh will assume the duties of company Secretary.
