Huntsman Corporation announced that the company's board of directors has declared a $0.125 per share cash dividend on its common stock. The dividend is payable on June 28, 2013, to stockholders of record as of June 14, 2013.

Huntsman Corporation reported unaudited earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. For the quarter, revenues were $2,702 million against $2,913 million last year. Operating income was $50 million against $285 million last year. Loss before income taxes was $35 million against $1 million last year. Loss from continuing operations was $15 million against income from continuing operations of $167 million last year. Net loss attributable to the company was $24 million or $0.10 per basic and diluted share against net income attributable to the company of $163 million or $0.68 per diluted share last year. Adjusted EBITDA was $220 million against $407 million last year. Adjusted net income was $46 million against $186 million last year. Adjusted diluted income per share was $0.19 against $0.77 last year. Total capital expenditures were $89 million. Net debt- excluding affiliates was $3,531 million as on March 31, 2013 compared to $3,306 million as on December 31, 2012. Adjusted pre-tax income was $73 million against $250 million last year. Net cash used in operating activities was $85 million. The company expects to spend approximately $450 million on capital expenditures in 2013 which approximates annual depreciation and amortization. The company expects full year 2013 adjusted effective tax rate to be approximately 35% primarily due to the effect of tax valuation allowances and expected regional mix of income.
