IceWEB, Inc. Announces Newest CTC Customer Aviation Technical Services, Inc

IceWEB, Inc. announced the launch of a major project to provide high capacity fiber and microwave service at the Kansas City International Airport maintenance base. The service will support Aviation Technical Services, Inc. In late December, ATS announced it is locating an over 600,000 square-foot operation at the "Super Hanger" space near KCI Airport. The aviation maintenance company, which is based in Everett, Wash., plans on having 175 to 200 workers at the facility within the first 12 months of operation, with more than 500 working at the facility over the next three to five years. Some of the overriding considerations for ATS were carrier diversity, low latency and the ability to service everything from one unified network. In addition the company plans both fiber and wireless operations at the facility, as well as a deploying a server room.
IceWEB, Inc. Announces Service Launch for Carefree Caves Complex

IceWEB, Inc. announced the launch of a major project in the Kansas City area to provide the 550 Acre Carefree Caves complex and 4.2 million square feet of office park and underground buildings with advanced Internet, Phone, Video, HVAC and Sensor Control. New services will be delivered by internal fiber and by high capacity licensed microwave from up to 27 different carriers fed from the Company's Network Access Point, the KCNAP, which was part of IceWEB's recent merger with Computers & Tele-Comm, Inc.
IceWEB, Inc. Enters into Consulting Agreement with Open Data Centers, LLC and 1stPoint Communications, LLC

IceWEB, Inc. announced that it has signed a consulting agreement along with a separate Joint Marketing and Sales Agreement with Open Data Centers, LLC and 1stPoint Communications, LLC. ODC will provide operational and sales expertise to enhance the capabilities and operations of IceWEB's Computers & Tele-com, Inc. and KCNAP, LLC subsidiaries ("collectively "CTC") in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition, CTC, KCNAP, FP and ODC will jointly market and sell their services.

On January 14, 2014, Robert M. Howe III resigned his position as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of IceWEB, Inc. Mr. Hal Compton, Sr., the current Chairman of the Board, will serve as Chief Executive Officer on an interim basis pending the engagement of a new principal executive officer. Mr. Compton, who previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer from May 2012 until July 2012, will remain as Chairman of the Board.
