Natixis (ENXTPA:KN) does not plan to sell Coface SA but plans to reduce stake in Coface. "Coface isn't for sale, but it's not a strategic asset. We could study a reduction in our stake," said Natixis, Chief Executive Officer, Laurent Mignon. Natixis officials have earlier said that Coface was a candidate for an initial public offering.

Natixis reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 2013. The company had EUR 1.8 billion net revenue compared to 3% or an increase of 3% compared to 2012 Net revenue, which is a pro forma net revenue after the disposal of CCI and excluding spread, issuing spread, is EUR 373 million, and after issuing spread, EUR 333 million. ROE under Basel III is 15.6%, an improvement of 2.3% compared with first quarter of 2012, so significant improvement there.
