On January 8, 2013, Frank L. Conner notified the Board of Directors of P.A.M. Transportation Services, Inc. that he will retire from the Board when his term expires at the company's 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is anticipated to be scheduled for May 2013. Mr. Conner will continue to serve as a director of the company until the 2013 Annual Meeting.
