T5 Corp. and Gulf Consolidated Contractors Limited Enters into Memorandum of Understanding to Joint Venture Remediation Projects in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries

T5 Corp. and Gulf Consolidated Contractors Limited have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to joint venture remediation projects in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Kuwait and Qatar). The joint venture, to be named Environmental and Technology Solutions, will be owned and operated by GCC and the T5 Corp. and is expected to be complete by the middle of October. The joint venture will focus on projects that require thermal recycling and remediation utilizing low temperature thermal desorption. The initial project undertaken by the Joint Venture, remediation of the AGAS Project at the BAPCO refinery in Bahrain, estimated to be approximately 4 million tons of waste. T5 will serve as a technical advisor regarding low temperature thermal desorption (LTTD), recycling of waste streams and secondary manufacturing to the Joint Venture. T5 will also be responsible for reviewing and approving all project calculations and proposals regarding LTTD, recycling of waste streams, and secondary manufacturing. T5 will design and manufacture the equipment required to undertake the AGAS Project and will train local labor to operate and maintain its equipment provided to each JV Project.
