TSYS Announces Signing of License Agreement with Banco Del BajãO

TSYS signed an agreement to license its PRIME 4 card management solution with Mexican bank, Banco del BajÃo SA. The company mentioned that although Banco del BajÃo has been its client for over 13 years, this latest agreement represents the first PRIME 4 signing in the Mexican market and the bank will utilise PRIME to manage its credit and private label card portfolios, its loyalty and installment programmes on the single-platform.
TSYS will also provide the bank with licensed solutions for integrated customer alerts, authorisation and switching under the agreement. A flexible cards and payments solution, PRIME 4 is PCI-compliant, supports issuing and acquiring as a ingle-platform and has value added services such as intelligent behavioral analytics, portfolio management and fraud and risk analytics.
Total System Services Adds Functionality to Online Self-Service Solution

Total System Services, Inc. has announced new functionality for its TSYS CentreSuite online self-service solution for commercial cardholders as part of a multi-staged transformation designed to enhance the user experience and provide greater performance and functionality to issuing banks and administrators. TSYS has completed the first in a multi-stage transformation with the newly designed online Statements Module, with responsive design for quality viewing and ease of use on mobile devices. Administrators and account holders will also benefit from updated, intuitive navigation and functionality that facilitates making payments, as well as viewing account, transaction and authorization details. Similar enhancements to Expense, Account, Reporting and Administration modules will occur in the coming months. Future benefits for program administrators and cardholders will include card program trend dashboards, online personal identification number management and the ability to deliver alerts via SMS.
TSYS to Create Up to 450 Jobs in Henry County

TSYS will create up to 450 jobs through a new contact center in Henry County. The 62,000-square-foot TSYS facility, located at 3500 Loop Road, will house a new contact center that will provide back-up capabilities for its existing center in Columbus. This expansion will offer customer service, risk and fraud management, collections, dispute and chargeback servicing, back office support and full call center servicing solutions. Slated to open later this year, the new facility will provide substantial opportunities to expand TSYS's services, supporting organic growth and generating business with new and existing clients.
Total System Services and iMobile3 Partner to Provide Apple Pay Integration

Total System Services, Inc. announced its partnership with iMobile3 to facilitate merchants processing transactions from the recently unveiled Apple Pay with the cloud-based PassMarket Platform. PassMarket currently provides merchants with the essential features to conduct mobile commerce with consumers that include: order ahead, loyalty, offers, e-gift cards, social media, and in-app messaging. More than 10,000 merchants and 5 million consumers are currently using PassMarket-branded mobile storefront applications. TSYS was named as a processor that immediately supports Apple Pay as announced by Apple on September 9. TSYS will provide its merchants and partners with the PassMarket mobile storefront platform and Software Development Kit (SDK), pre-certified with TSYS Merchant Services, and capable of processing Apple Pay.

TSYS announced its role to support secure transactions and facilitate enablement for issuers, merchants and app developers in processing transactions from Apple Pay. TSYS will offer a path for merchant acceptance and certification of third-party devices as well as software solutions used for payments by providing merchants with products and developers with SDK/APIs. Through TSYS Enterprise Tokenization(SM), the company's new plug-and-play tokenization solution announced in August, issuers as well as retailers can take full advantage of Apple Pay. Payment card information will be more secure for purchases made online in apps and via NFC enabled POS terminals, supporting Apple Pay. TSYS' solutions support Apple Pay, the multiple parties in the payments ecosystem and the consumers they serve. Bank card issuers, merchant acquirers, app developers, retailers and consumers will all benefit from TSYS' solutions that support secure payments and commerce.
