Uranium Hunter Corporation announced it has signed a letter of intent with St. Watson Mining Company Sierra Leone, Ltd. to joint venture with them on their gold concessions in Sierra Leone. The concessions are located in the Sewafe area in the District of Kono. The other major towns in the district include Motema, Yengema, Tombodu, Jaiama-Nimokoro and Sewafe. The concessions currently have all permits, fees, environmental approvals and exploitation license required by the government in place. It is estimated that the concession will produce in excess of 20,000 ounces per year of gold. With the price of gold currently trading around $1,650.00 per ounce, the joint venture has the potential to reach or exceed $33,000,000.00 in gross revenues.

Uranium Hunter Corporation has announced it has reached an agreement with local land owners, village chief, elders and the Paramount Chief and Cameroon Ministry of Mines to acquire a further 2 concessions in the Kette region of Cameroon. Surface rents have been paid and concession demarcation and licensing is underway. The concessions selected are to the East near the border of Central African Republic region, which are considered to be the major host body for gold in the region. Historical records as stated by village elders indicate that while exploration has occurred in the past in this area, river dredging or any industrial mining has never taken place. The company is excited about its prospects in the upcoming mining season. Further, Foy Johnston, LTD announces that on land pitting commenced on one of the previously announced concessions. Pit sampling on of five 10mx10m area pits on land returned an average of 2.4 ("g/t"), the Company is optimistic with proper equipment production potentially will be quite high.

Uranium Hunter Corporation has announced that it has filed a Form 15 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to voluntarily deregister its common shares under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
