Water Technologies Announces Purchase Orders for Two 80-Ton Commercial Atmospheric Water Generators

Water Technologies International, Inc. announced its wholly owned subsidiary, GR8 Water, Inc., has received the first of multiple purchase orders for two 80-ton commercial Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) that each produce approximately 1,500 gallons a day of pure drinking water. The company has also completed a 12-ton AWG unit and is near completion of a revolutionary 40-ton AWG unit. Water Technologies will also begin full production of the newly redesigned 7-gallon per day home and office AWG. The company has come out of its R&D stage and is now generating revenues. The company expects to start announcing quarterly revenue guidance in the mid fourth quarter of 2012.
The Brewer Group Announces Strategic Partnership with Water Technologies International, Inc

Water Technologies International, Inc., and The Brewer Group announced that they have entered into a long term partnership agreement to help expand WTII's sales and distribution network as well as enhance their exposure on a global level. The two companies will join forces as they strive to make safe drinking water available to everyone on the planet, making the world a better place in which to live while nurturing the environment. Water Technologies International, Inc. and GR8 Water, Inc. and Aqua Pure International, Inc. These unique devices utilize patent pending technology to produce clean, great-tasting, safe water from the humidity in the air. This innovative technology combined with the recent partnership with The Brewer Group enables WTII to provide water to areas with a shortage of clean drinking water. TBG will also utilize its extensive network and marketing expertise to enhance global brand awareness of WTII as well as help secure additional partnerships. TBG's expertise in marketing concepts including sponsorship opportunities, public relations, interactive marketing, social networking, endorsements deals and global relations including vast experience in economic development in areas such as Malawi and Haiti will be made fully accessible to WTII. Water Technologies International, Inc. Receives Purchase Order from Strategic Partner

Water Technologies International, Inc. announced that it has received an initial purchase order from Atmospheric Water Systems, Inc. for 1,000 home and office units. In addition, Atmospheric Water Systems has indicated an interest in purchasing an additional 25,000 units. Atmospheric Water Systems is a California company that has been in the AWG business for the past four years. It will sell GR8 Water AWGs under a private licensing and distribution agreement. The manufacturer's suggested retail price is now $1,995. The wholesale price will be based on the purchase order quantity and the yearly volume of the distributor. The Company's atmospheric water generators (AWG), which produce an average of seven gallons of pure drinking water per day, can now be purchased, leased or rented under 100% financing terms for qualified buyers. For a home or office unit, this equates to approximately $55 per month on a 48 month term and equates to less than $2 per day. GR8 Water will offer the 100% financing option to the U.S. distributors for individuals or businesses on single unit or multiple unit purchases.
