Water Technologies International, Inc. announced revenues results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012. Revenue of $425,020 for the full year ended December 31, 2012 up from $5,660 for the full year ended December 31, 2011. Revenue of $387,000 for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2012 up 975% from $36,000 for the third quarter ended December 31, 2011.

Water Technologies International, Inc. announced it has received purchase orders for several of its patent pending Commercial Atmospheric Water Generators. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, GR8 Water, Inc., the company has received multiple purchase orders including several 3 ton, 5 ton and 10 ton Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs).

Water Technologies International, Inc. announced its wholly owned subsidiary, GR8 Water, Inc., has received the first of multiple purchase orders for two 80-ton commercial Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) that each produce approximately 1,500 gallons a day of pure drinking water. The company has also completed a 12-ton AWG unit and is near completion of a revolutionary 40-ton AWG unit. Water Technologies will also begin full production of the newly redesigned 7-gallon per day home and office AWG. The company has come out of its R&D stage and is now generating revenues. The company expects to start announcing quarterly revenue guidance in the mid fourth quarter of 2012.

Water Technologies International, Inc. announced that it has received an initial purchase order from Atmospheric Water Systems, Inc. for 1,000 home and office units. In addition, Atmospheric Water Systems has indicated an interest in purchasing an additional 25,000 units. Atmospheric Water Systems is a California company that has been in the AWG business for the past four years. It will sell GR8 Water AWGs under a private licensing and distribution agreement. The manufacturer's suggested retail price is now $1,995. The wholesale price will be based on the purchase order quantity and the yearly volume of the distributor. The Company's atmospheric water generators (AWG), which produce an average of seven gallons of pure drinking water per day, can now be purchased, leased or rented under 100% financing terms for qualified buyers. For a home or office unit, this equates to approximately $55 per month on a 48 month term and equates to less than $2 per day. GR8 Water will offer the 100% financing option to the U.S. distributors for individuals or businesses on single unit or multiple unit purchases.
