XcelMobility Inc.’s common stock has been deleted from OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) effective February 19, 2013, on account of ineligible for quotation on OTCBB due to quoting inactivity under SEC Rule 15c2-11.

Effective January 3, 2013, EFP Rotenberg, LLP was dismissed as XcelMobility Inc. independent registered public accounting firm. The dismissal of EFP as the independent registered public accounting firm was approved by the company’s Board of Directors. Effective January 3, 2013, the Board of Directors of the company engaged Albert Wong & Co. as its independent registered public accounting firm to audit the company’s financial statements for the company’s fiscal year ended December 31, 2012.

Effective November 28, 2012, XcelMobility Inc. received the resignation of Mr. Jack Zwick as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. The company’s Board is now comprised of Messrs. Gregory D. Tse, Ronald Edward Strauss and Renyan Ge.
