XcelMobility Inc. announced its Companion Solution, the first 'always on' cloud-connected smartwatch system with software applications specifically focused on monitoring loved ones and private/public security forces. The Companion Solution expands the market opportunity for Xcel's revolutionary smartwatch by incorporating a complete cloud-connected system enabling the smartwatch to always be connected to Xcel's national cloud computer network offering 24/7 services to the user. The innovative Companion application software targets two large and lucrative markets that Xcel has consistently been working to meet the needs of: Children and Elderly: The Companion Solution will offer real-time monitoring of children and the elderly by combining Xcel's national cloud network, innovative smartwatch and advanced location based technologies into the advanced two-way, real-time/all-the-time monitoring system. This solution offers peace of mind because one can always be alerted whenever a love one needs assistance simply by wearing the smartwatch; and Private and Public Security Force: The Companion Solution enables essential monitoring and communications for the extensive security workforce population, both private and public. It is a ‘Dick Tracey’ smartwatch application allowing for direct two-way communications with remote security forces anywhere and anytime. The CCwatch(TM), initially recognized for being China's first smartwatch with a Mandarin language voice command system, is the core technology of the Companion Solution. XcelMobility Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2013. For the quarter, the company announced record revenue of $1,229,908. The company reported a net loss of $474,932 as it had numerous one-time expenses in preparation for the launch of the smartwatch.
For 2013, the company expects to see over a fivefold increase in year over year revenue for the 2013 year end due to growing location enabled security systems sales and the fourth quarter launch of the smartwatch, making 2013 a landmark year for the company's growth.
The company also expects continued revenue growth in 2014 propelled by growing sales of the company's new smartwatch and related application software and cloud connected subscription revenues.

XcelMobility Announces Large Government Contract

XcelMobility Inc. announced that it signed a purchase order for its cloud-based security systems with several larger government institutions located throughout China. The contract, valued at USD 4.4 million, allows for deliveries of the company's security systems to begin in the first quarter of 2014 and will continue for six quarters thereafter. The security systems are highly advanced as they combine video, location-based applications and cloud computing. The various institutions will be utilizing these high-technology systems to leverage and meld layers of technology with live video surveillance for venue protection providing level of security.
XcelMobility Inc. Announces Launch of Android Smartwatch Call CCWatch(TM) in China

XcelMobility Inc. announced that it is launching its first wearable computing device developed by its recently formed consortium of China's leading mobile technology players. The new smartwatch, called the CCWatch(TM), is a full-featured wearable computing device powered by a 1.3GHz dual core processor. Specifically designed for the Chinese market, the device will incorporate the world's first Mandarin voice command native language interface. With this capability, along with the device's access to the Google Play App store and its underlying LBS technology, it will meet China's strong demand for immediate access to online applications for gaming, entertainment and other social interactive platforms. The CCWatch(TM) will access the internet through XcelMobility's cloud network. Additional functions of the smartwatch will include a phone, camera, GPS, notifications, Android apps, LBS tracker, SOS device and monitoring. XcelMobility is targeting December 1, 2013 as the date of the official launch in China. Through China Unicom, distribution channels are already in place for rapid penetration into China's mobile computing market. The Company plans to enter the U.S. and European markets after it has the successfully rolled the product out in China and made any needed additional enhancements based on customer feedback.
