Mr. Miller serves as the Chairman of Sagicor General, Capital International Management Services Inc., Allnation Insurance Company (USA) and Capital deSerguros (Panama). He serves as the Chairman of Sagicor USA and Sagicor at Lloyd's. He served as Chairman of Sagicor Life Jamaica Ltd. (alternate name, Life of Jamaica Limited) until January 31, 2010. He served as the Chairman of Sagicor Life Insurance Company. Mr. Miller has been a Director of Sagicor Financial Corp. since December 2002. He has been a Director of Pan-Caribbean Financial Services Ltd. since February 7, 2005, Famguard Corporation Ltd. since 2005 and Sagicor Life Inc. since 2001. He serves as a Director of Sagicor Life Insurance Company. He has been a Director of Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited since 2001. He serves as a Director of Cable & Wireless (Barbados) Limited.
