Mr. Lawrence H. Wilkinson co-founded Global Business Network (GBN) in November 1997 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wilkinson serves as an Advisor of Oxygen Media, Inc. Previously, he served as President of Global Business Network (GBN), a strategic planning and consulting Services Company, which he joined in November 1991. He serves as a Vice Chairman of Common Sense Media Inc. He served as Vice Chairman of Oxygen Media, Inc. until January 2002. He serves as a Director of Common Sense Media, Inc., Lieberman Productions and Oxygen Media, Inc. and Ealing Studios Ltd. He serves as a Director of Public Radio International, and The Family Media Alliance. He serves as a Member of the Board of Visitors of Davidson College. He serves as an Advisory Director of Vennworks, Ealing Studios (London), and Reaxion. He served as a Director of Design Within Reach Inc. since July 2000. He served as a Director of Wired Ventures, Colossal Pictures and Direct Medical Knowledge. He served as a Director of Broderbund Software, Inc. since July 1991. Mr. Wilkinson has produced and executive-produced numerous television programs, multimedia titles, and feature films. He served as Vice Chair of the San Francisco Film Society/San Francisco International Film Festival for four years. Mr. Wilkinson has authored and edited numerous publications and Harvard Business School case studies ranging from Public Broadcasting in the U.S. (Harvard Business School Press) to The Cambridge Milton (Cambridge University Press). Mr. Wilkinson holds a B.A. from Davidson College, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.Phil. from Oxford University.
