Ms. Hrinak served as a Director of America Online Latin America Inc., from July 2004 to March 28, 2005 and served as a Director of Brazil Fund Inc. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Inter-American Dialogue and on the board of counselors of McLarty Associates. In 2005, she was named International Businesswoman of the year by the Miami chapter of the Organization of Women in International Trade.
