In addition to her primary responsibilities, she co-leads Cisco’s Commercial Business Council, a cross-functional team responsible for SMB and mid-market segment strategy as well as coordinated investment and execution in the commercial segment. She is also an Executive Sponsor of the Gender Diversity Council, a company-wide initiative promoting gender and cultural diversity. Prior to joining Cisco in 1997, she served as Vice President at Ascend. She also held Senior Management positions at Newbridge Networks and Hughes Network Systems. She has been a Director of Moody's Corp. since October, 2011. Ms. Hill is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Anita Borg Institute for Women and Technology. Ms. Hill holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
