He is a Certified Public Accountant and Member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants, and Financial Executives International. Mr. Rowland holds a Master of Business Administration degree in finance from Rutgers University and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the Saint Joseph's University.
