He served as a Consulting Geologist of Consolidated Trillion Resources from August 2002 to March 2003. Mr. Rushton has nearly 20 years' experience in gold mining and exploration industry, gained mainly at the Anglo American group in Southern Africa, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Since 2002, he has focused on business development in the junior exploration and development sector working with Radius Gold, Fortuna Silver Mines, Focus Ventures and other companies under the Gold Group banner (www.goldgroup.com). His field experience includes work in Southern Africa, the Middle East and Europe, for Anglo American plc and Rio Tinto plc. He has been a Director of Rackla Metals Inc. since October 12, 2011. He has been Director of Cordoba Minerals Corp. (Formerly, Wesgold Minerals Inc.) since March 29, 2010. He has been a Director of Western Pacific Resources Corp. since August 16, 2009. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Riverside Resources Inc. since September 26, 2007. Mr. Rushton has been a Director of Radius Gold Inc. since June 23, 2005. He has been a Director of Emerick Resources Corp. since December 17, 2008. He served as a Director of CCT Capital Ltd. from July 17, 2007 to April 2009.
