He served as an International Chief Marketing Officer of Tricon. Mr. Cobb served as Vice President of Pepsi Brands. He has been a Director at H&R Block, Inc. since August 2010. He serves as a Director of the non-profit Bay Harbor Foundation. He serves on the Advisory Board of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He served as a Director of Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC from September 2008 to June 23, 2011; Pacific Sunwear of California Inc. from August 2008 to June 1, 2011 and Orbitz Worldwide Inc. from July 2008 to March 25, 2011.
