Mr. Bush held engineering positions with both the Aerospace Corporation and Comsat Labs. He has been an Independent Director of Norfolk Southern Corp. since February 28, 2012. He has been a Director of Northrop Grumman Corporation since September 2009. He serves as a Member of the Board of Governors at Aerospace Industries Association. He served as a Director at Titan II Inc. In 2008, he serves on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council. He serves on boards of several nonprofit organizations, including the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, Conservation International, and the Business-Higher Education Forum. He has a bachelor's degree and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also is a graduate of Anderson School at UCLA's Executive Management Program.
