Mr. Chum Darvall, B.A., F. Fin, FAICD has been Non-Executive Vice-Chair of Australia and New Zealand Business at Deutsche Bank AG since March 2011. Mr. Darvall served as the Chief Executive Officer at Australia and New Zealand business of Deutsche Bank AG from July 2002 to March 2011. He has a wealth of experience across the banking and finance industry. Mr. Darvall has been a Non Executive Director of Wilson HTM Investment Group Ltd., since October 2005. He serves as a Director of Macquarie University Council and Major Performing Arts Board of the Australia Council. Since 2002, he has been Council Member of the Business Council of Australia. He serves as board member for the Australian Theatre for Young People and also the Centre for Independent Studies. Mr. Darvall is a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors and Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He holds Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University.
