He serves as the Vice Chairman and Member of the Executive Committee at Professional Services Council. He is also a Member of the board of directors at the National Defense Industrial Association, the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, and the Information Technology Association of America. He served as an Executive Director at CACI International Inc. from 2006 to November 15, 2012. He is a Member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Mr.Cofoni received a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island in 1970 and attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School program for senior executives in the fall of 1989.
