Ms. Dinçer assumes various responsibilities as a member of Citigroup International Advisory Board, a member of Chatham House Panel of Senior Advisers, a Founding Member and Board Member at Endeavour Turkey and as a YPO (Young President' Organization), TUS AD(Turkish Industrialists' and Business Association) and a KAG DER (Women Entrepreneurs Association of Turkey) member. She has been a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader since 2006. She is also Luxembourg Honorary Consul. Ms. Dinçer received her undergraduate degree in Finance and International Marketing from Richmond College in the United Kingdom and earned her MBA at Boston University in the United States.
