Mr. David M. Mazaika has been Executive Director of Strategic Development of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. since June 2012. Mr. Mazaika served as Chief Operating Officer of Quantum Fuel Systems Technologies Worldwide Inc. since December 22, 2008. Mr. Mazaika co-founded ISE Corporation in 1994 and served as its President and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Mazaika served as the Chief Executive Officer of ISE Corporation from January 1995 to August 1, ... 2008, where he was responsible for internal company operations and all vehicle and technology development programs and ISE’s newly evolving production line. He is Co-Founder of ISE Limited in 1994 and served as its Chief Executive Officer, Co-Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Mazaika served as Vice President of Business Development of International Space Enterprises from September 1993 to January 1995. From June 1985 to September 1993, Mr. Mazaika served in various positions for General Dynamics’ Convair and Space Systems Divisions, where he played a key role in strategic planning for GD’s space and energy systems products, including those supporting the Atlas rocket, magnetic levitation trains and other energy related technologies. Mr. Mazaika has been Chairman of the Board of ISE Corporation since August 1, 2008 and is responsible for advising ISE on key technology development projects and strategic growth opportunities. He served as the Chairman of the Board at ISE Limited from December 2009 to May 2010. He Executive Director a Director of ISE Limited since January 1995. He has been an Executive Director of ISE Corporation since January 1995. Mr. Mazaika received his Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
