He served as Head of Operations and Technology at Citibank for its businesses in over 70 countries, based in London. He retired from Citigroup Global Services Limited with effect from December 31, 2006. He has over 35 years of experience in banking and finance. Mr. Pamnani served as the Chairman of the Board of E-serve International Ltd. from August 1999 to April 29, 2003. He served as the Chairman of CitiCorp. Finance (India) Ltd., since 1997. He serves as a Non-Executive Vice Chairman of Bajaj Finserv Ltd., and has been its Director since January 30, 2008.
