Mr. Cary W. Sucoff was the Managing Editor of the Law Review at New England School of Law. Mr. Sucoff provides investment banking and consulting services to public and private companies and institutional investors. He serves as a Member of the Adjunct Faculty of New England Law/Boston where he teaches a third year seminar entitled “Perspectives In Law: Lawyers as Entrepreneurs and as Representatives of Entrepreneurs”. He led numerous CMC, quality, and regulatory due diligence teams. He was a Professor of Law at New England School of Law in the 1980s. He has been a Member of the Bar of the State of New York since 1978. Mr. Sucoff has B.A. from SUNY Binghamton in 1974 and a J.D. from New England School of Law in 1977.
