From 1974 to 1979, Mr. MacDonald served as in turn head of Citicorp’s Leasing, Finance and Export Trading subsidiaries in Colombia, and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Banco Internacional de Colombia since 1976. Prior to Citicorp, he was an Economist with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe based in Geneva, Switzerland, from 1971 to 1974 and served as a Financial Management Associate with General Motors in Wilmington, Delaware from 1962 to 1966.
