He served as Managing Director and Head of Program and Proprietary Trading, as well as Director of Global Equities Technology, at Credit Suisse First Boston. Prior to joining CSFB, Mr. Leibowitz served as Chief Information Officer and Head Trader at Tech Partners, LP. Prior to Tech Partners, he ran a trading systems development group at Morgan Stanley, which specialized in automated execution technology. He serves as a Director of U.S.-India Business Council. He serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at Multi Commodity Exchange of India Ltd and Financial Technologies India Ltd. He plays a critical role in integrating the operations of 12 securities, and options and futures markets on two continents. He serves as Director of NYSE Euronext, Inc. He served as a Director of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd until May 4, 2010. He is the Chairman of the Nasdaq Quality of Market Committee and serves on the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association's (SIFMA) Market Structure Committee. He is a featured Speaker at numerous industry forums related to market structure issues. Mr. Leibowitz graduated Summa Cum Laude from Princeton University with a degree in Economics.
