Mr. Paulo Ribeiro has been Head - Exploration at Cabral Resources Limited since December 12, 2011. Mr. Ribeiro has over 25 years experience as a Geologist. Mr. Ribeiro served as the Exploration Manager of Bahia Mineração Ltda ("Bamin"), a company which is controlled by Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation Plc, which has iron ore projects in proximity to Cabral in the State of Bahia, Brazil. With Bamin since 2007, Mr. Ribeiro played a key role in that company's iron ... ore exploration efforts through to the completion of the project bankable feasibility. His responsibilities included leading the exploration effort including its drilling programme, the geological and structural mapping and regional geology, undertaking feasibility studies and all related contracts and contractor management. Prior to his Bamin role, Mr. Ribeiro worked as Geology and Short Term Mine Planning Manager at Urucum Mineração S.A., an iron ore and manganese operation of CVRD, with responsibility for all surface and underground RC and diamond drill programmes, mine geology and mine planning, resource and reserve calculations and reconciliations, QA/QC procedures, geophysics, general exploration and associated roles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ribeiro worked for a variety of companies including as partner of Geomodel ­ Assessoria Em Pesquisa Mineral Ltda undertaking geological assessments, drilling and resource evaluations for a variety of projects or in senior geologist roles with Brazilian subsidiaries for names including RTZ Group and Gencor across many projects and minerals. Mr. Ribeiro graduated in Geological Engineering at Escola de Minas de Ouro Preto, Brazil and has a post graduate degree from this same institution in Mineral Science on Crustal Evolution and Natural Resources: Structural Geology and Geotectonics. He has also completed an MBA Programme at Fundação Getúlio Vargas in Brazil.
