Ms. Mindy F. Grossman serves as the Chief Executive Officer of HSNi, LLC. Ms. Grossman has been the Chief Executive Officer of HSN, Inc. since August 20, 2008. Since joining HSN, Inc. in 2006, she has been responsible for transforming HSN into a lifestyle network, diversifying its portfolio of brands and personalities, and spearheading efforts to evolve the linear network into a multiplatform business. Ms. Grossman served as the Chief Executive Officer of IAC Retailing, ... a business segment of InterActiveCorp. since April 2006. A 34-year veteran of the retail and apparel industries, Ms. Grossman joined IAC Retailing from Nike, Inc., where she served as Global Vice-President and led Nike’s $4 billion apparel business from 2000 to April 2006. In addition, she was responsible for the development and growth of Nike’s global women’s business and served as Co-chair of its Women’s Leadership Council. Prior to Nike, she was Chief Executive Officer of Polo Jeans Company and held other senior level positions at Polo Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Oxford Industries. In 2011, she was named Corporate Innovator of the Year at the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year® Florida Awards, and she was recognized as one of Fast Company’s Top 100 Most Creative People in Business. In 2010, Ms. Grossman was ranked by the Financial Times as one of the top 50 women in world business, and in 2009 Forbes magazine named her one of the world’s 100 most powerful women. She has been Independent Director of Bloomin' Brands, Inc. since September 6, 2012 and HSN, Inc. since August 20, 2008. She serves as a Director of Fisker Automotive, Inc. She serves on the Board of Directors of the National Retail Federation, Inc., as well as Cosmetic Executive Women. She served as a Director of The Scotts Miracle-gro Co., from January 2006 to April 19, 2006. She is Co-Chair of the Fashion Institute of Technology’s Executive Women in Fashion Advisory Board, and is also a member of the Advisory Board of the J. Baker School of Retail at the Wharton School of Business. She Attended Manhattanville College and George Washington University in Pharmacy.
