Mr. Michael A. O'Neill served as President of Efes Soft Drink Group at Anadolu Efes Biracilik ve Malt Sanayii AS. Mr. O'Neill served as Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Icecek A.S since 2006. Additionally, Mr. O'Neill was the Director of Ireland's Food and Drink Export Initiative from 1980 to 1983. He has been a Director of Coca-Cola Icecek A.S since January 1, 2012. He serves as a Director of ZAO Perekriostok and CTEK--Moscow. He serves as a Director of Efes Invest and The Council for Trade and Economic Cooperation. He served as an Independent Director of Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC from December 2001 to April 8, 2011. He served as Director of Efes Breweries International NV and also served as its Member of Supervisory Board since May 27, 2003. He joined EBI in 2002. Mr. O'Neill received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Rathmines College Dublin Ireland in 1969.
