He has been a Vice Chairman and Director of Lehman Brothers Inc., since October 2, 2003. He has been a Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers Inc. and Lehman Brothers International Europe since 2000. Mr. Magnoni has been a Non Executive Director of Compagnie Financiere Richemont SA since September 2006. He serves as a Director of Immsi SpA. He served as a Member of Board Of Overseers of Reinet Investments S.C.A from October 20, 2008 to September 15, 2009. He serves as member of the Board of Lehman Brothers' Foundation Europe and a member of the Campaign Board of Bocconi University in Milan.
