Mr. James L. Dolan has been the Chief Executive Officer of CSC Holdings, LLC since October 1995 and its President since June 1998. Mr. Dolan serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of New York Knicks. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation since October 1995 and as its President since June 1998. He oversees its telecommunications and entertainment businesses, including its cable television offerings, high-speed ... broadband Internet access, national television program networks and Clearview Cinemas. He oversees the management of the many Garden entities, which include the Garden facilities, its professional teams - the Knicks, Rangers and Liberty - the MSG Network, and Radio City Music Hall. Prior to assuming his present post at Cablevision, Mr. Dolan amassed more than two decades of experience in the management of cable systems, telecommunications programming and advertising. He served as the Vice President of Cablevision Systems Corp. from 1987 to September 1992. Mr. Dolan served as Chief Executive Officer of Rainbow Programming Holdings, Inc. (now Rainbow Media Holdings, Inc.), a subsidiary of Cablevision, where he built his reputation as a leader in the development of Rainbow's niche programming networks from September 1992 to October 1995. At Rainbow, he oversaw all facets of the business, which today operates multiple entertainment, news and sports networks, reaching millions of households in the United States and abroad. He served as Vice President of CSC Holdings from 1987 to September 1992. Mr. Dolan began his career with Cablevision in the 1970s in the Plainview, New York cable system. Throughout the 1980s, he managed its radio properties and its pioneering cable advertising sales organization before moving on to Rainbow Programming. He has been an Executive Chairman of Madison Square Garden, Inc. since July 29, 2009 and also serves as the Chairman of Madison Square Garden, L.P. He served as the Chairman of Cablevision Systems Corporation since October 2003. He has been a Director of Cablevision Systems Corporation since 1991; CSC Holdings Inc., since 1991 and AMC Networks Inc. since March 9, 2011. He serves as a Director of Madison Square Garden of Cablevision Systems Corp. He serves as a Director of the Lustgarten Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research, an organization he helped found in 1998. Mr. Dolan created and managed WKNR-AM, leveland's first all-sports talk radio station. He served as a Member of the board of Live Nation Entertainment, Inc. since June 30, 2011 until February 22, 2013. He is a member of television station WNET's board of trustees and sits on the board and executive committee of the National Cable Television Association (NCTA). An ardent fan of the three MSG teams, he is a frequent presence at their home games. Among his most significant accomplishments, he spearheaded a multi-million dollar effort to restore Radio City Music Hall to its original splendor for the enjoyment of all New Yorkers. Mr. Dolan is honorary chair of Cable Positive's board of directors and serves as chairman of the Capital Campaign Committee at Friends Academy.
