She has been a Director of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC since July 31, 2001. She has been a Director of Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco since December 2008 and served as its Member of Advisory Board from 2007 to 2008. She serves on the San Francisco Federal Reserve's Economic Advisory Council and provides information to the Fed on the state of the economy, as well as current and pending developments in the energy industry. Ms. Yarrington obtained Bachelor's Degree in Political Science in 1977 from Pomona College in Claremont, Calif. and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, in Evanston, III.
