In 2004, he joined Prudentia Energy as Managing Director and Partner. He served as the Chairman of the Board of CVR Energy, Inc., since October 2007 until May 2012. Mr. Lipinski serves as the Chairman of Gary-Williams Energy Corporation. Mr. Lipinski has been an Executive Chairman of CVR GP LLC, the General Partner of CVR Partners, LP since June 2011 and has been its Director since October 2007. He has been a Director of CVR Refining GP LLC since September 2012. He has been a Director of CVR Energy, Inc. since September 2006. He serves as a Director of Intercat Inc. He served as a Director of Coffeyville Acquisition LLC from June 24, 2005 to September 2006. He holds three patents, one for an environmental control device and two on improvements to Mobil's Distillate Dewaxing Technology. He is a registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey, and a member of the Bar in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He was an Independent Management Consultant serving clients worldwide.
