He has 15 years of experience at AT&T/Pacific Bell in Construction, Engineering, and Capital finance. Mr. Delgado has worked for a large organization and understands the complexities of the budgeting and contracting process. He recognizes the needs of acquired companies, and having experienced the bankruptcy of IFCI, has identified and corrected the main problems associated with the organic/acquisition growth strategy. He served as a Director of Global Digital Solutions Inc., since September 22, 2004 and DUCT Utility Construction & Technologies Inc. from March 10, 2002 to July 12, 2002. Mr. Delgado has complete numerous technical and managerial courses through Pacific Bell, manufacturers and outside vendors.
