In 2000, he was named Deputy Managing Director of Xerox Europe with responsibility for its global document solutions and services group. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Xerox Europe, responsible for industry operations, geographic field operations and concessionaires. Mr. De Lima earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon. He can speak Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and Italian.
