From 1994 to 1995, Mr. Dubois served as Vice President of Southern Europe at Sybase. He served as Deputy Managing Director, France of Digital Equipment Corporation France. He started his career at Control Data as Account Manager for large computing solutions. He has been the Chairman and Director of NewVoiceMedia Limited since February 2013. He has been a Director of Guidewire Software, Inc., since September 7, 2012. He has been a Director of MACH S.à.r.l since April 1, 2011.
