Dr. Robert L. Carpenter, Rob, Ph.D., P. Geo., serves as Consultant of Cedar Mountain Exploration Inc. and Graphite One Resources Inc. Dr. Carpenter serves as Technical Advisor of Kivalliq Energy Corp. Dr. Carpenter served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Kaminak Gold Corp., a subsidiary of Discovery Group until February 2013. For the past year, Dr. Carpenter has served as Senior Exploration Geologist with Committee Bay Resources Ltd. He served as Chairman of Kivalliq Energy Corp. until October 2010 and also served as its Director since February 13, 2008. He has been a Member of Advisory Board at Kaminak Gold Corp. since February 2013. He serves as a Member of Aurora Resource Group. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Corsa Coal Corp. (formerly, Corsa Capital Ltd.). He served as a Director of Kaminak Gold Corp. from November 9, 2005 to February 2013. He has been a Director of Armada Exploration Corp., since October 26, 2010. He served as a Director of Brilliant Resources Inc. (formerly, Brilliant Mining Corp.) since February 4, 2005. Dr. Carpenter is a practicing professional Geologist and has been involved with all aspects of precious and base metal exploration for over 16 years. Dr. Carpenter is certified by the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (P. Geo). Dr. Carpenter holds B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. from the University of Western Ontario. He completed his Ph.D. thesis on the regional geological setting of the Meliadine Lake gold deposits located near Rankin Inlet, Nunavut in 2003 from the University of Western Ontario.
