Earlier in his career, he played a key role on the Acquisitions and Financial Integration team, where he was responsible for establishing UPS operations in 35 countries across Europe and Asia including United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia. He has been a Director of Illinois Tool Works Inc. since February 13, 2012. He serves as a Director of US-China Business Council, Inc. Mr. Brutto earned Undergraduate degrees in Business and Accounting from Loyola University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller Graduate School of Management.
