Mr. Thees spent 17 years in senior management positions of increasing responsibility at Morgan Stanley & Co., 5 years at Goldman Sachs Group, Inc., and also Citibank NA, and A.G. Becker & Co. Mr. Thees received an A.B. in International Relations from Georgetown University, where he was a George F. Baker Scholar.
